Templates holds Scripts, Filters, Text To Speech and Media Templates.

Scripts can be conditional or flat.

Filters are used to apply custom record selection from the database.

Text To Speech can be applied to manage, for example, inbound calls.

Media templates allows you to manage custom recordings.

Real Time Detail and Summary Reports with ability to listen, barge in and whisper on SIP and IAX calls.

OSDial is a very powerful and effective, yet easy to run.

It has all the features you can expect of a modern dialer and is now easier to use than ever may it be inbound, outbound or blended, including IVR.

OpenSource means that you are not locked down to any one vendor and that you are free to use without anyone cutting you off from your dialer, or in any way impeed your use of your dialer.

It is not to be confused with freeware which has no license at all. All OpenSource software by definition has a license.

OSDial is licensed under the AGPL, a modified version of the popular GPL.

You have unfettered access to your own data, can import/export as much and often as you please, there are no mandatory fee's or enforced support contracts.

configure your carrier
modify the pre-configured agents to fit your needs
modify the pre-configured phone extensions to fit your needs
create a campaign
modify the campaign to fit your needs
create a list to load leads into
assign the list to a campaign
import your leads into the list
let the agents login
